This fudge recipe is sure to delight.  You can’t go wrong with these ingredients!  You will need:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups marshmallow cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Butter sides of a heavy 3 quart saucepan.  Add the sugar, milk, and butter,  Cook over medium heat to a soft ball stage (236° on a candy thermometer), stirring constantly.  Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and nuts.  Beat until chocolate melts.  Pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.  Score while warm.  Cut when cool and firm.  Enjoy!
